This card was inspired by one done by JulieHRR in the DDD Gallery. You can’t tell it in the scan, but the casting is sparkly…the result of adding a little bit of silver acrylic paint to the water before dipping in my “privy paper.”
I also used a suggestion from Cre8tveLdy for making the casting less fragile: “To help make the casting less fragile, try filling it from the back with hot glue and let dry. It works, and it's not terribly heavy!” I have a low-temp glue gun and the glue hardened before I wanted it to, so I just took my embossing gun to it and blew it around a bit to even it out!
I colored the casting with chalks and used the aquapainter around the edges to give it a bit of a border. The canvas stamp is kissed with the flower stamp. And donÂ’t you just love the Hero Arts Ribbon stamps?!?
