This is how i did it. i am not sure if there are other directions on how to do it. i winged it.
I cut the first layer of silver cardstock to the finished size of tag. Punch out the center with the smaller square punch. Round the corners. Take a second piece of silver, punch with small square then punch with the larger one. Take this thin frame and glue to first piece. Add brads. Squish the front on to silver stamp pad. Emboss with pretty pearls EP 3-4 times.
Next take a piece of copper cardstock a little bigger then the hole, emboss with copper ink and powder 2 times then once with pretty pearls EP. Squish bear stamp onto card while still hot. After it cooled awhile I took my sanding block and scuffed up the top of the bear and brought out more of the copper.
The tag I copied was aged looking, kind of a white patina finish.
My husband didn�t believe it was paper when I showed him. He had to touch it to believe it was not metal.
