A relatively easy card. The image was embossed on cardstock and painted with Twinkling H2O's. The background was emboss and then border punched on it and the other two colors. The word is a die cut. There are more details and a better picture on my blog:

Layering those scallops gives a great look to this card! The heart is fantastic, with great depth, and the ribbon ties it all together (no pun intended!) perfectly! Love it!
