I am still making cards for the ACS fund raiser. I'm trying my hand at creating scenes.....sort of.
I tried to mask an SU Coast to Coast stamp so that I just got the lighthouse, house and ground. I added my own sky.....is it tooooo cloudy? I wanted a kinda of stormy sky. I added the grass and sand. I used colored pencils for the coloring and Colorbox sky blue for the sky with a homemade cloud template.
The red swirly thing-a-ma-bobs are a RAK from Anne Ryan........(Thanks, Anne!!!). I added black half pearls for the finish.
The inside reads: Sometimes the Lord calms the storm and sometimes the Lord lets the storm rage and calms His child. I SOOOO love this sentiment!
Whaddia think about this one?

Lesley~ This is a gorgeous scene! I love your clouds, and the Anne Ryan red swirly things are just the 'punch' this card needed to make it pop. Wonderful job!
