This is what I just learned....
What you will need:
Sandwich or larger sized tupperware container (for the size of CS you're going to decorate)
Dish washing soap (or other liquid soap)(Joy makes the most bubbles)
Reinker bottle of your color choice
Straw
How to do it:
First cover the bottom of your container with liquid soap.
Add desired reinker color and mix well. (The more ink you add, the darker the bubbles)
Then, tip the container to pool the soap into the corner.
Insert your straw and blow bubbles. Just like we did as kids with our milk.
After your bubbles build up, holding onto the edges of your CS, place your CS onto the bubbles. Be careful not to drop it into the liquid soap on the bottom of your
container.
Pop the remaining bubbles on your card with a pen if you
like or allow them to pop on their own as it dries.
Hope this helps!
Happy stamping

Ladies, right above me here is the wonderful hostess that taught me how to do the bubble technique with her VSN challenge!! Thank you Michelle for those great directions! You are awesome!
Yes, after giving it "some" time to dry - as much as you can give when you have only 45 minutes to complete the challenge - I did come back in with the sponging. I did it on US white and then freaked out that it didn't have any color - so in haste I just sponged it. I will have to try it on colored CS and see what it's like.
Thanks again Michelle!
