The only thing that is SU is the card stock and the ink iI used to make the bubbles. Believe it or not, the bubbles were made with SU's basic black refill ink!? I have no idea why the black looks purple? It also look purple on my stamp scrub pad. Hmmmm?

Ok, this is what we did, and after trial and error, what we have found that works the best....
What you will need:
Sandwich or larger sized Tupperware or plastic container
Dish washing soap *We bought some very cheap bubble blowing solution and it worked a lot better. However, we are not scrap bookers so we do not know if it is harmful to photos. Reinker bottle of your color choice *It can be Stampin' Up! ink or what ever you have, fabric and computer printer inks work as well. ~Again, we are not scrap bookers so we do not know if it is harmful to photos. Straw to blow the bubbles with.
How to do it:
First cover the bottom of your container with liquid soap, or bubble solution.
Add desired reinker color and mix well. (The more ink you add, the darker the bubbles)
Then, tip the container to pool the soap into the corner.
Insert your straw and blow bubbles. Just like we did as kids with our milk.
After your bubbles build up, holding onto the edges of your CS, place your CS onto the bubbles. Be careful not to drop it into the liquid soap on the bottom of your
container.
Pop the remaining bubbles on your card or allow them to pop on their own as it dries.
Hope this helps!
Happy stamping
