I came across the file for this set I made for my DH a couple years ago and thought I'd post it just as an idea for Father's Day. (My DH liked the giant chocolate chip cookies most I think, lol!)
Even though the paper is old, if you have SU's Card Games, it could easily be modified for what you have on hand. If you don't, I still have the graphics I made - king playing card (just cut out and sponge) and the sentiment and inside sentiment ready to print, cut and fold - but it's in brown and blue as shown. Sentiment is "King of Hearts" and inside sentiment says "You Rule! Happy Father's Day!" I'd be happy to send them to anyone interested - just pm me your email addy.
Used a 6" round paper mache container from JoAnns. Made the crown medallion seals by punching out 3 cs circles and covering them with tarnished gold EP (have crown stamp inked with Versamark and on 3rd layer of EP stamp while it's hot). When cooled, I rubbed the black ink over then wiped most of it off to distress it. I sandwiched gold floss between two of the circles and unraveled the end for the medallion on the cookies. The EP cracks when cooled.
