Hummmmmmmmmmmm...............where to start?
This is a very "busy" card!
Let's start with the bubbling background technique that I stole, or cased if you will, from this site:
Take a plain white pc. of cardstock and paint it all over with Elmers type glue.
Sprinkle PearlEX over it. I used three colors. Work the PX in with your brush.
Heat with a heat gun until the bubbles stop forming. This was my background stock.
I used the shaker card template found on this site to make my window shaker card.
I downloaded the file and then inserted it into a blank work document.
I then enlarged it so I could convert the small inner square into a large circle with my circle cutting tool. This gave me a larger area in which to stamp the lady in tub onto my acetate.
Cut out the template. Stamp your acetate square with desired image with StazON.
Then I used colored crystal lacquer to color in the flowers in the tub. I then sprinkled dazzling diamonds onto the lacquer and let it dry for about 1/2 hr.
Attach the acetate to the inside of the square. Surround the circle on the inside of the square with foam tape. Insert the shakings of your choice. I used micro beads in this card. But bath salts or other items could be used.
I cut the bubbly glue/Pearl EX cardstock piece to the top of the foam tape.
Then fold the card template closed.
OK. Now.... I then cut a front piece of shimmering white cardstock and punched the corners with a fancy punch. I punched two holes on the top to run the ribbon through. I double stick taped the window/shaker box to the shimmering white cs and then tied my ribbon through the two top holes. Tape the shimmering white to blush blossom card.

Thank you!
I'm on vacation and have really been wanting to try out some of the fantastic techniques that I've learned on Splitcoast Stamping. The time involved has been a relaxing joy.
