This weeks Variety Challenge #84 was to scrap of Then and Now. When I read the challenge I knew which photos I would use.
1996 photo is of my dh and oldest son Kyle. 2007 photo is of the both of them again but 11 years later at the same hiking trail.
My journaling reads:
Kyle was 6 months old when we took him on his first hike. That was an adventure in it's self. On our way back to the car we were "stalked" by a mama moose and her baby. We were practically running with Kyle in the snuggly. We took the second photo in 2007 when he was 11 years old.

I love this layout! It is great that you snapped the same shot so many years apart! How did you cut the polka dotted paper to have that sahpe? I love it and want to give it a try on one of my layouts.
Gritty, I actually had bought a pack of pattern pattern (not the one I used) and traced it onto the polka dotted pattern then cut. I then used my Layer Ease to trace around the polka dot pp onto the navy and cut.

I love this page Diana! The layout is great and fun story too; Good for you for stretching your crafting dollars by tracing that fun paper onto other PP; Awesome!
