I used the cracked glass technique on the Congratulations. Four layers of UTEE and then let it cool to room temperature. Be careful when you crack it, you can break it in half -- bad idea! Also, make sure you heat the UTEE until it is smooth like glass on each layer. It will run off, so keep it on a solid surface and don't tilt it down. I used a regular hole punch for the ribbon, but after one or two layers, otherwise it is too thick.
The roses were made with AA and PP - AA on the largest rose, PP stamped off once for the medium rose (and the congrats stamp), and PP for the smallest one.
The ribbon was heated slightly to make it curly.
