I guess this is kind of a definition sheet. These are the names of everyone in my family (our last name is Ruehling). I got the idea out of an expensive stationary catalog, but someone else on here has probably already done this!
I can never remember, do I need an apostrophe before the "s"??? Stupid question, I know!!

No, you don't use apostrophe. In this instance, Ruehlings is plural. If you want to copy and save this, the examples would be....
PLURAL: These folks are the Ruehlings.
PLURAL POSSESSIVE: This is the Ruehlings' house.
SINGULAR POSSESSIVE: This is Melody Ruehling's cat.
