You know how you think you've finished a project and it just keeps growing in your head? Well, I added a business card to the inside of my portfolio and used the new Rough Edges Alphabet set to stamp "WISH LIST" and "RECEIPTS" on each side, and now I REALLY like it. I also like the color combo on this one better...blue, green and purple is my favorite combo!!! I also used different sized buttons on the front instead of all one size. The inside of this portfolio is opposite of the one I posted previously, which shows you how you will get one "right handed" and one "left handed" folder.
As a final personal touch, I'm going to personalize them for each hostess. I think this one's complete now....maybe I'll sleep better tonight!
UPDATE: I was WRONG about having this one done! Now I want to go back and add a cardstock "loop" on the inside to hold a matching beaded pen! Will it ever end????

I am trying to figure out how you adhered the notepad to the folder. Did you use sticky tape or is there a trick to it? Please email me at [email protected]. I really want to make these! They are great.

Very cool! I saw your earlier post and was trying to envision what you meant when describing the inside - I'm such a visual learner! I'm with ya now and this is fabulous! TFS

This is 1/2 of a school pocket folder. You will get 2 out of each folder, but the pocket will be on opposite sides of each. Just cut the pocket into an interesting curve. I also scored about 1/2" on the top edge so it would be reinforced like the bottom edge was. To adhere the notepad, I used Sticky Strip - one strip across both the top and bottom.

LOVE this idea -- how about covering the "Ampad/Evidence" border with cardstock that is decorated/coordinates and printing the words "Wish List" on that? I'm also 'seeing' a pen tied into the center using eyelets and ribbon fed through to secure it . . . I'm seeing the other side used for: Mini catalogs; stamp camp flyers; class brochures . . . oh, too fun!

These are fantastic~!
I think my club girls will love to make one as a project one month!! They can each have one folder and make one and finish it at club and the other to make at home.
It will be all thanks to you!!!
