I have come up with a new way to use spectrum pads. This is using the Fiesta Pad. All I did was slide the pad across the Whisper White. (up & down and side to side) The cat didn't exactly turn out like I had hoped but she was such a pain to cut out that I decided to use her anyway. On the cat and the perfume bottle, I put dazzling diamonds. What do you think about using the spectrum pad this way? Be truthful Ok!

I love what you've done with the spectrum pad!! I've used Brilliance three color pads the same way and the effect is much more muted. But I think I like the bright colors even more!! Great work.

I think it's fantastic! I grew up in the 60's & 70's when Madras plaid was in - and I still love it. I will definitely be CASEing this. Thanks for sharing it.

My tie-dye loving daughter (only 15) saw this and thought it was great! She actually thought it was something like tie-dye. Wants me to make a journal cover for her like this!

I think this is what they used to call Madras Plaid and I think it was maid in India. I love the whole card. Thanks for the tip on the pads. TFS Shirley
