Gosh, once I got going I became addicted to doing these. The snowman was the first one, but I learned all the little tricks after that one and had no problems with the other two - and I have one all ready to finish up tomorrow as well - now I just need to purchase treats to put in them and I'm good to go!

One little "trick" is on the cover - before I cut the corners (as instructed, I did the punching. That way, you should end up with a pointed (kind of) corner - then just snip that ovalish corner so it appears to look like a photo corner and it lines up perfectly - when I did it as instructed, my corners did not look very good. And the rest just gets easier after you do the first one. Oh, I also used the Horizontal Slot punch (SU #105089 - page 187) for the ribbon to go through instead of the craft knife - just lined it up on the seam (after scoring) - works perfectly with various sizes of ribbon. When I was cutting the pattern paper pieces out, I made sure to keep them in order so they would line up on the box. I also used about 24 -25" of ribbon (which is a little more than stated). Hope this helps you out as well.
