I saw this made in the July issue of Stampin' Success and thought it was so cute!! The lady had first printed out on the US white with her printer an invite to an outdoor summer party and then did her stampin' over the top. Since I had no upcoming garden parties (lol) I just wanted to create it anyway!

*** Wanted to add that I had no pattern---so I just traced one of my daughters flip flops---size 8 little girls. It seemed a good size to work with! Lol!!
