These are pages for my dad's album. One picture is my dad and his cousins; the other picture, is me and all of my cousins on my dad's side of the family. Our picture was taken on my great-grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary in 1960. The poem is one I saw here on SCS somewhere and found it on-line by googling 'cousin poem'. It reads:
Cousins are forever friends
whose hearts are bound together
by the love of a family.
They stay together,
play together,
dream together,
scheme together.
They know the same family secrets
and tell the best family jokes.
Sometimes they even share
the same name,
the same smile,
the same freckles,
the same laugh.
Cousins love to get together
at holiday time or anytime
for when grownups are
busy "catching up"
cousins are busy "building up"
a store of happy memories -
sure to last a Lifetime!
This was so true for me and my cousins! TFL!
