When I saw the Vicky's challenge for the stampin' b's to make a split negative card, I had this image of the windmill in my mind. Then when I saw Dara's sketch, I decided to put the two together. I heat embossed UTEE over the windmill image. I added some color to the tulips and grass on the white side with my prisma colored pencils. I added flourishes to the triangle panels. This is also for the olypmic color challenge. I did event # 5 with silver for my dessert. The colors are there even if they are in very small amounts.
