These Birthday Butterfly cards in Joseph's coat are fabulous. I went back and re-read the Techniques notes in resources, but can't figure out about the ink. Did you use an empty cartridge and create your own ink patterns??
I think many of us would like to know just how you did it.

I would also like to know how you did the ink. I LOVE these cards and would love to case them. PLEASE let us know -- obviously you used reinkers, but how did you do it. Thanks so much, and thanks for sharing. This is great!

Here's how I did it: Some use a brayer to apply the ink. I didn't have one the first time I tried Joseph's Coat, so I used a baby wipe with several drops of reinkers, placed close together. Wipe onto glossy cardstock. Let dry thoroughly or use heat gun to dry. Emboss using VersaMark and clear EP. New baby wipe with black reinker on it - cover over your image. Use a clean area of the baby wipe to remove the extra black ink on the clear EP. Allow to dry before cutting for use. Instead of wiping in rows, you could also stipple the color onto the glossy CS with the baby wipe until you get the desired effect. This is a messy technique, so I'd recommend using gloves! Thanks for the comments
