This is a birthday card for a very special person. The background of the frame was done with the Northern Lights technique. I used purple, pink, and silver pearl ex colors in the background. The sentiment is embossed within the frame. The flowers were done on glossy paper with crayon resist and then cut out.

This is lovely. Did you use glossy white rather than black under your Northern Lights? This is a great technique but rather messy!! This is beautiful - I'll have to try with a white background.
