This is an apron recipe book that was to be sent to a dear friend I met on Stampin’ Discuss months ago. Due to setbacks too numerous to mention, I was not able to send it until now. Been fighting with the “hankie” too, can’t get it to look real. It needs something else. I would appreciate any suggestions.
I have been making these apron recipe books for years. I originally began making them for bridal shower gifts. I would have each of the guests bring their favorite recipe, then put them in this apron book as a special gift to start her new life. When SU! introduced the Simply Scrappin’ Kits, these were perfect to show an alternate use for the SS because they were 8 ½ x 11. I happen to have one left from those early kits. If this upload works, I will try to upload that one. Thank you to all of you who share your wonderful projects!! I wish I had more time to visit SCS. Hope you like it.

I think it all looks great!!! I LOVE the idea.... might "case" it for a "tag" I have to make for a "Men's BBQ" basket this Christmas.
If you are really unhappy with the hankie, llrandolph's idea sounds much better than what I thought of... and that's to try a square piece of stamped cardstock make a fanned out, accordion fold... just two folds to create 3 portions... and tuck the one smaller point end into the pocket to expose the fanned out, folded triange? *hope that makes sense*
But... honestly... I like what you did just fine! (I knew it was supposed to be a hankie!)

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I did try the folding thingy before I went with the square and could not get it to look right. Since you have done it that way, I will try again. Thanks again!!
