Although it was a bit confusing, I THINK this week's TSC was to complete a project. My sister eats Altoids like crazy (I can't stand them) so I asked her to save the tins. I've been collecting them for a while. Then a few weeks ago, I decided to spray paint them as it was a very dry day. Then this past week came the challenge and I thought now is the perfect time. Using bits and pieces from my work top in my studio this is what I came up with. The Vintage girl was purchased from Twisted Papers and they have tons more vintage images too. I down loaded it, printed it on CS, ran it through my gifted CB using Nesties. Added some left over bling and a silk flower that fell off something else and a piece of lace trim that I thought was too short for any good but saved it anyway. Now I must confess that I've been going to therapy to overcome my anti P I N K issues but it isn't working. I try to go P I N K but I still have urges of demolishing anything P I N K. Then a thoughtless friend asked me to create something P I N K for her brat..........oh, I mean child, that she could keep her little treasures in thus, the P I N K tin. Another friend gave me a small packet of velum bible verses so I trimmed them down small enough to fit the tin. So there you have it! Now the little Brat can get religion and enjoy her darn ol P I N K!!!! Just kidding, I love her and tell her how to raise her all the time and I know I am blessed to have them in my life!!!

Oh My! I was so surprised to see that you used "light red" on one of your pretty tins!! I don't like Altoids either! LOL! I guess I should find someone who does so I can make some pretty trinket boxes like yours!! Great idea!!

Kinda curious, how you got so much P I N K, ain't it? Hmmmm...closet PINKSTER! Tater, these are fantastic! I have a huge box of these, already painted and ready to go. Didn't even think of it for the TSC, but now I am inspired again. These would be great to hide a lil gift card, wouldn't they? I love your finished project sis. You done good, PINK not withstanding! Hugs....

What cute boxes and I am so proud of you and your accomplishment of overcoming your anti pink addiction. These are just as pretty as can be and now you have cleared some things from your work area. Terri helped us all out with this challenge.
