This was my doorprize for the Portland SCS Dinner. Cami won it! It's a travel candle made with a round Altoids Sours Tin and a PartyLite votive and tea light.
Put the votive in the tin in the toaster oven just set on warm until the votive liquifies. Once cooled and hardened I trimmed the wick and took a tealight (same scent) cut into chunks and put it on top back into the toaster oven. Let cool completely. When cool attached velvet ribbon around the edge with sticky strip (to cover the writing).
Top is cut with the coluzzle and covered with clear microbeads (using O So Stcky Tape from www.pennywisearts.com ) It's much prettier in person.
