I got the wrapped cord and tag idea from this gorgeous card by StamperSharon: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers Thanks, Sharon!
This card is a combination of two techniques: Baby Wipes and Joseph's Coat Inside Out. After I used the Baby Wipes technique to stamp the leaves on Confetti Cream, I stamped Weathered with Chocolate Chip (stamped off once) and then used the stampa-ma-jig to clear emboss over the leaves. For the cutout leaf I made another sheet on Very Vanilla without the Weathered background for a brighter focal image. I need practice using the brayer to add the darker background colors - they got too dark too fast. It looks more like regular Joseph's Coat instead of having the nice depth that JanTink's "inside Out" version usually produces. Next time I'll try sponges for better control. The focal leaf and the top panel are on dimensionals. The scan isn't the greatest, probably due to the stark contrasts, but at least you get the idea.

Gorgeous, gorgeous dramatic bold leaves, great layout and cord design! Thanks for your description, too. Your cards are always rather like mini-tutorials. I love it! I have several in my favorites just because of that!

Linda, Your card is just stunning. I know what you mean about the brayer. I have started brayering on scratch paper and then my CS. I start light and then add color until I get the shade I want. Thank you too for your wonderful description. Into my fav's. Nancy

Linda, you're on a roll with gorgeous Autumn cards, each one more beautiful than the last. I love Autumn, (I love Winter too, and Spring, and Summer! LOL!) and all your Fall cards are filled with depth and warmth. Great techniques with this one, and design, and colors! TFS! :-)
