This is my second for the IC254 Better Bit of Butter. I was inspired by the Holiday Cookie Collection. http://www.betterbitofbutter.com/holidaycookies.htm Christmas Cardinal is one of my all time favorite holiday sets and I like to do projects with both of the images each year. I enjoy painting the flowers image especially and think it is one of the most elegant images ever produced by SU. It always scream Victorian to me and I like to use gold with it. The gold paper is from Papertrey and is a little more yellow gold than I like but it is still looks really pretty with the soft gold embossing in the flowers and greenery. The gold organdy multi loop bow was heated lightly with the heat fun to give a little touch of aged and curling ribbon. If you would like to know how I make my multi loop bow check out my tutorial on my blog. http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...orials.html#tp

It is lovely. When I think of Victorian, I think fussy. It looks like you kept the inspiration in mind when you made the lines clean and simple in the frame and background. It's a beautiful inspired card!
