Over in teapotters land, Horace is heading for divorce because Delores can't handle his yearly 12 days of Christmas gifts. She had a house full of critters and especially was being taxed by those drummers drummin', but they've all been cleared to a shed away from dear Delores and we are bringing peaceful offerings to soothe drum weary Delores and rescue ol' Horace from divorce. My cookies aren't as purdy as da mudders, but they are warm and spicy and come with all the cozy comforts of sipping tea by the fireside with a good book and some soft tunes (minus drummin') playing in the background. Yes, Delores will be so mellow and Horace will be a happy fellow. See my sentiments-Peace from Drummers Drummin, Love-restored to Horace for removing the menagerie, Hope-that silly boy gets the picture!!

Cute story and very cute card! Delores will love her gingerbread man, he's so handsome she might not want to eat him. Plus, it is obvious that da mudder isn't the only one around here who can make good lookin' cookies! (Sorry, mudder but your teachin' your girls well.) Teahee! You did an outstanding job! TFS and playin' along!

This must be one of your Martha Stewart cookies! I can tell because it has its own gingerbread cookie holder! Only Martha's cookies come with built in cookie holders!
I love this! Its just precious! Way to recap the story! Did I really write that? Tee hee! I love that each member of the family has their own sentiment! This card rocks!
Whisper.....pretty cookies don't have to taste good do they? I am pretty sure I got side tracked making a card while I was making my cookies and forgot to put the sugar in.......here taste this one, whatcha think? Howza a sugar cookie with no sugar taste?

I've seen your cookies on cards before and I think there should be some kind of award for best looking cookies. I'm sure glad SCS best cookie baker is coming to our tea parties.

Not as pretty as da Mudder's cookies? What are you on about - different, yes, but just as pretty. You use that colour palette so well, I am sure I have a cookie-jar mouse card you made last year in my favourites, in very similar colours to these.
