The recessed window technique is one of my favorites and I thought it would be a good way to showcase one of these wreathes made with the Martha Stewart branch punch. You can find the recessed window tutorial in Resources. I followed this great tutorial on Karen's blog, Zyzygy of Me, to make the wreath:
The frame is one inch wide and layered with embossed snowflakes on 7/8 inch strips of white cardstock using one of the Cuttlebug Winter Borders embossing folders.
It's hard to see, but the holly image from Peaceful Season is also stamped on the green background layer in addition to the musical notes wheel.
The letters are made with Real Red cardstock adhered onto thin chipboard, stamped with the harlequin image from the Looks Like Spring set in Real Red and cut out with the Serif Essentials alphabet die set. The letters are on dimensionals.
The finished size of this card is 5 x 7 inches.
