Woke up early & look thru Rosemary's delightful gallery. I was drawn to 2 different cards on craft paper, which I haven't used. My card is inspired by her totally cool & simple Bramble Wreath by rosigrld at Splitcoaststampers. I kept the layout, changed it to a Christmas card, used different colors and screwed up the sentiment! (:>

Sentiments are so hard for me for some reason - I think it is my shaky hands and too much pressure. This was the very first SU! set I purchased and I always love how it comes out. Love they way you did the red embossing "stuff."

Super card! I love one layer holiday cards b/c mailing is easy, but I can never seem to make CAS cards that I like. But I'm loving yours! So you are inspiring me on two fronts~ CAS and to get started on the holiday cards!

Well, I love your cas card! I have this set but have never used it. I think it's time to dust it off and ink it up! Whenever I mess up with the sentiment ( I think it happens a lot cuz we are putting the finishing touches on the card and so close to the end ), I will stamp it on another piece of paper, sponge around the edges and adhere over the original sentiment-if possible of course. = )
