First of all, thanks to Leigh for this fabulous digi..
I don't know what in the world is going on at this tea party.. but, OH - SNAP! ...Someone broke my poor gingerbread man's leg, and I'm pretty sure naynay123 had something to do with it! After all, she was here at my house last night and we were both working on our teapot cards together. Hmmm?? I only wish you all could have seen her bustin' a move with my daughter to a disco song - oh, my - supastar! Maybe that is what broke his leg... all of that disco dancin'. Hmmmm? You may think this is a made-up story, but I promise.. it's the truth - fer real!
My poor little gingerbread man is in so much pain, his eyes are crossed!
I colored this with my aqua painter and inks, added some google eyes, liquid applique, stripes and dots with a black pen, silver charm, and a tiny sparkly pom-pom. I used this week's MOJO sketch.
Thanks for looking. I hope da Mudder can get to the bottom of this!
ps.. this also meets the requirement for the FanClub Gallery because it has a star and stripes on it!

Bev, a lovely, lovely card. Gorgeous coloring of that poor little broken ginger snap!! I bet a little icing would help! Thats what I would do for broken cakes and cookies. Icing covers up a multitude of mistakes.....

Fo shizzle...that is some pitiful gingerbread man. He disco'd his poor leg off! That's what he gets for trying to keep up with the 20 year old wanna be - next thing he'll want a feather in his hair! Watch for another pink cheek'd hunk o' ginger tomorrow. Later, Sissy! P.S. Gotta watch out for that sprinkler move...might bust a leg instead of busting a move! Oh, SNAP! I crack myself up! LOL P.S. That noon sleep in time sounded like a good move today - meanwhile, it's 2:15 am! UGH!

Great papers and fantastic colouring. I like your story too - sheesh, I've broken enough pieces of gingerbread in my time. Usually reindeer's antlers more then gingerbread, but I know well enough to always make spares. Course, some of that Liquid Applique icing will stick him back together again as good as new.

Your card is just adorable. That digi is super cute. I love your "Frosting" and how you paper pieced him. Great job.

Now that takes talent to make a Christmas card that fits in the Stars and Stripes gallery. What a cute card - love that sentiment. I love humorous cards and this one is great!!!!
