Making cards for a set sampler. Though it doesn't look a lot like her card, I was inspired by Ahnna. Her romantic flowers were so beautiful, I tried to recreate that type of look on this card. I used floral background on the burgundy, but it doesn't show up very well. And I sponged creamy caramel over the white cardstock so it wasn't so glaring white.

Pelican 1717, the technique I used is called "rock and roll technique", and it's where you first ink in the light colour, then you roll the edges only in the darker colour. Check it out in the resources section-- I think there are more detailed instructions there.
