Today's challenge: to pierce our creations. I bought this old SU set at a garage sale recently and felt a bit intimidated by all the "coloring" involved, but I made it through. I used markers, sponges, blender pens and ink pads. I felt this was deserving of gingham dp since it looks so country, so I colored her dress to match it. I popped up the main panel. Thanks for looking and have a blessed Friday! ~Roberta

Roberta, your coloring of this image is wonderful! I would be afraid to tackle it. Love the RED border and all the piercing. Hope you are enjoying being "royal" today!

Oh, Roberta, this image is adorable. You are right, the gingham paper is perfect for this "country" image. I am rather fond of bird houses, so needless to say - I love this!!!!!!

I have this set too, Roberta......and yes, it is a lot of coloring, but you have shown it is well worth the effort. This has such charm especially with the red gingham back panel. Really a wonderful card.

I remember this stamp. I love her, but she was gone before I got into stamping big time! She is just adorable and you did a wonderful job bringing her to life. And you are so right that she belongs with gingham!!! Super card!!

Now I can't help but smile when I see this birdie lady!!! What a fun stamp! And I think your coloring is amazing!!! The bird houses are all so pretty and the gingham looks wonderful, especially with the DP you used! Your paper piercing in the corner is perfect too! It all adds up to one fantastic card!!! Congrats again, your highness!!!
