I hope this qualifies for the challenge. I started with a plain whisper white piece of cardstock and this is where I wound up. I stamped the card with the Floral background stamp using a pink ColorBox petal point chalk ink. Then, I took a copy of one my vintage photos (an additional weakness of mine is collecting old photos of people I don't know. They just speak to me for some reason, and I don't mean in a creepy ghost-like way, I mean in a vintage, love their style and wonder what these people were like way!). Anyway, I colored her flowers in with my PhotoTwin markers (the most fun thing to do!) and then used the sentiment from the See With the Heart set. I inked a little pink around the edge of the sentiment.

Photo Twin markers are special markers that you can use to highlight photos. There are three different color families that are sold separately. I think one or two packs is sufficient. I have seen them at Michael's and Archivers. I am sure they are at art supply stores too. They are tons of fun!
