I wanted to make a bright and cheery kids card and I think this color combo is very cheery and it pops. I demonstated this card to a few other demonstrators and a couple of talented ten year olds. We found that the girls could not keep opening and closing the waterfall, something I did not think about. I feel that the strip might be a little to flimsy for repeated opening and closing the strip. One of my friends, Linda, thought maybe we could reinforce the strip so we came up with taking a piece of the same color card stock as the strip, 5 1/2 x the width, which in this case is 1 3/4. Place it under the strip so it will not be seen, just for reinforcing.

This is so cute! Into my faves -- I'm always looking for ways to use this set, and I've been wanting to try a waterfall card forever. Thanks for the inspiration!!
