My son and his family lost their pet iguana yesterday. Spike was 11 years old. While not one of my fav pets, he was a beauty. He'd sit in the sun and turn the most beautiful colors....coppper, a metallic green, etc. Even though I would never touch him, they loved him dearly and gave him a good home. No matter what the pet, they take a little piece of our hearts with them.

Don't we just love our pets! Nice tribute to Spike and his many colors!

What an exceptional card to comfort your son's family. The bamboo ef makes such
a perfect bkg. Although I had a dog, bunny, and a bird when I was young, I also had a snake named Waltzing Matilda...so I can relate to the heart break when your pet reptile dies. How kind of you to make them this terrific card.

Vicky this is so thoughtful of you. Love the card too. My son had an iguana when younger and it REALLY is creepy when they are loose in the house and are a few feet long. I am sorry for their loss though. Pets are a special part of our lives.

Vicky, your son & family will truly appreciate your caring and thoughtfulness in making a card to console them on the loss of their beloved pet. I know what you mean when you say the iguana's skin has amazing colors.
