These are adorable. I have ordered these stamps for my Christmas projects this year and plan to do some coasters also. Which method is better: baking them after coloring them, or spraying on the sealer? If you spray them with a sealer, do the coasters lose their ability to absorb?

Thanks so much! These were really easy and fun to do. I stamped the image with black StazOn and colored with SU markers. I did spray seal them, but even after doing that the colors faded in time. I will probably check into Fabrico markers or sharpies and see how well those last for future tiles. And, yes, unfortunately, when you spray seal them, the loose their ability to absorb. If you use some type of marker that can be heat sealed (either with an embossing gun or by baking) then you might not have to seal and the tiles would be more absorbant. My best advise is just to play with different combinations and see what works for you. The tiles can also be set up in an a-frame type of stand and just be for decoration and not for use as a coaster. Then it doesn't matter what you color and embellish them with. Hope this helps.
