This card was created for the F4A310 "Get Your Zen On" to create a card using a coloring book image or stamp that looks like a coloring book :-)
This stamp was retired in 2002 or so and the card is all one layer (except for the matting)- I colored the image using Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol for blending.
I am also linking to the All Occasions 2016 Challenge and the USEIT2016 Challenge (I have never created a card with this set and have owned it for at least 14 years...too many stamps, too little time!)...

What a lovely card...your coloring on this is so vibrant..the dark blue on that dress is fabulous! I love this vintage scene (it's right up my alley) ;)

Beautiful card. Your stamp reminded me that SU! used to have some very detailed stamps that were to die for. I had this at one time. I think I got rid of it because I never used it. Thank you for reminding me that I might have another stamp that fits the bill for this challenge.
Thanks for sharing.
