I totally CASED this card here: SC199 - Cosmo Girl Blue by Amusing Grace at Splitcoaststampers (Hers is better, lol) But here's how I did it:
Stamped the U on Lt. Blue card stock in TT and then in Versamark and embossed, then cut around. Sponged TT on white, layered on brown; adhered U with dimensionals. "are the best" stamped in EE on white, sponged with TT and stacked on brown. Used the Looks Like Spring daisy in EE on the brown card base. Used the trio of flowers in TT on a Lt. blue strip. I added the lace ribbon to the strip and then another loop of ribbon and used the flower and eyelet to attach it in a bow apperance. The flowers were sponged on the edges with TT. The U and "are the best" sentiments are put on with dimensionals.

What a pretty card! I like the sponging of color on the flowers. I usually die mine with ink, I never thought of just sponging them. I may have to try this. Thanks for the inspiration.

U did great! I like this one. The large, sparkly U is great. Nice job with the CASE, thanks for sharing the original with us. Well done for Letter U. TFS

What an awesome way to use that big 'U', which I still have in my stash someplace. Turquoise is my favourite colour, so this is the tops in my book. Love the sponged edges on the flowers.
