Because I didn't want to cover up my pine cone I changed the slant of the sketch. I also added the scalloped element of the sentiment. My bird also wouldn't fit into a circle the sizes I had so I did a square. Even with the changes, it is still pretty much the same sketch, which I really like BTW.

BEAUTIFUL Christmas card,Pat. Your cardinal is colored so realistically and beautifully. The pine needle DP echoes the pine bough that the bird is sitting on. The burlap DP gives a wonderful outdoorsy texture. Totally well-designed.

I have never seen such a "Fluffy" cardinal - he must have hit every bird feeder in town !! Beautifully colored image and love that dp to carry on the pine image from the upper element.
