I was inspired by Sabrina's sample for this challenge....it was the reverse of the "out of the box" technique. I use 140# watercolor paper, so I had to select a design that wouldn't be too intricate to cut out of this heavier paper.

How beautiful!! That technique is a doozy........and HARD to do. You did a wonderful job fussy cutting, Sallie, and the gold you added around the sentiment is lovely!!!

Sallie, Your watercolors are so lovely, such gorgeous shading. The cut out window worked beautifully to highlight both the holly and the sentiment. Thanks for playing in my challenge and cutting it out.
