Today it's all about adding elements. I cut the tag from a packaging box and covered with white acrylic paint. Added torn paper, doily, lace, ribbon, string and hat pin. I dyed the crinoline in a watered mixture of Vintage photo, dried and die cut. I cut them out with one netting layer and secured with a brown jewel brad.
