The card base is Stampin' Up! Whisper White Thick Cardstock that was dry embossed using the SU "Softly Falling" embossing folder.
The cardinal panel was made by stamping the image first with SU Garden Green ink, the stamping again using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on SU Real Red cardstock. The bird was fussy cut from the red cardstock, and mounted over top of the green image using pieces of Adhesive Foam Strip so it matched up with the green bird below. This piece was then matted with SU Dapper Denim cardstock.
The two horizontal blue panels were cut from SU Soft Sky and Dapper Denim cardstock, and glued to the card base using Tombow glue.
The Offray Island Blue ribbon was cut to length, and attached to cover the seam where the two blue panels meet using SU Snail Adhesive.
The matted bird element was then attached to the card front using Adhesive Foam Strips to give the card more depth.
Finally, the sentiment from the SU "Happy Scenes" stamp set was inked with SU Pacific Point and stamped in a flat area at the bottom right of the front of the card.
The card is super easy to do, except for fussy cutting the red cardinal. Just to make it more difficult for myself, I also fussy cut out the birds legs from Kraft cardstock and attached them with Foam Strips under the birds body. So, because of the fussy cutting, I'm rating the difficulty level for this card at 2.
