This card is for Lambert who shares my love of the color green as well as love of music.
I copied a page from a hymnal and then did a wrinkle free distress background with it. Had I planned what I was going to do, I would have printed it on watercolor paper. After getting the background how I wanted it, I sponged Lucky Clover around the edges and splattered gold paint on the panel.
I stamped the treble clef and colored it with Copics, then sponged that circle with Lucky Clover as well to tone down the white cs. That circle is popped up with gold thread added. Put it all on a white card base.
Thanks for looking!

The green and gold is fabulous. If you use them, you could change this up into a great Start. Patrick's Day card. It looks great for Lambert with that hug sentiment and lovely treble clef. I love music themed cards.

What an absolutely fantastic card this is for Lambert. He is going to appreciate all the love you put into this card just for him Catherine. The treble clef with rose and sentiment are the perfect finishing touches on this wonderful card. I also love the hint of purple you added - fun! ~Karen.
