The stamping on this was actually the easiest part. Just straight stamping and then punched out. But, I fussed with the layout and how to use this color combo. These can be some bright, bold colors, so I wanted to use their intensity minimally. This was a good card to try splattering which I flicked on with purple and blue watercolor. Also, practiced watercoloring by making a purple background. The only thing I might have changed would be to have made the stitched rectangle off-white to tie in with the "white" of the watercolor paper. Or made it a light purple?? Too late now!

Great idea to use the watercolor background for your butterflies and the frame along with the embellishments adds so much texture. Thanks for playing at Hand Stamped Sentiments.
