CAS506 ~ Ah Nuts: I decided to use this background that I made using the gel plate. I just started playing with this and I am not happy with my results. This is one of the panels I was throwing away, but decided at the last minute to keep it for a bit. Then this great challenge came along, and I said, "Perfect, now I can use it." I am really hoping I didn't waste my money on the gel plate...

I like your background panel, Sally. When I was first looking at it, before reading your description, I was trying to determine if it was some sort of shiny finish. As for wasting your money on the gel plate, what I have read and heard about it is that if you don't like your panel, add more layers until you like what you have. I love the frame you stamped and that is a wonderful sentiment. I think your card is lovely.

I, too, love your bg with your gelli plate...it is so even...great results! Sentiment is wonderful...may steal it and make on my computer, which I do a lot of computer sentiment/ almost always verses because they're mine usually. Because I don't know when to quit and I'm not a CAS stylist, the only I'd have done is add another mat layer, but it REALLY doesn't need it!
