Have aqua card base then watercolor paper that was water colored, put onto base, the added the die cut piece. Stamped the image, die cut out then did larger die cut in aqua put them together and popped up, added gemstones and the sentiment.

This is such a pretty card and will certainly make Cheryl smile. Your watercolor bg is so pretty done in these soft colors and topped with this wonderful chicken-wire die. These vintage flowers are perfect for Cheryl and you added just the right amout of bling too! ~Karen.

This is so pretty.. love the water coloured background and the chicken wire die cut you used. The flowers are lovely as well as the pretty die cut frame... Cheryl is going to love it...
