Had to try out the Nature's Beauty and of course, the deer was begging to appear. I stamped the deer using Memento Black onto the Shimmer White. Using an acrylic block, I placed a drop or two of pure glycerin in one corner and a drop of Crumb Cake ink refill on the other. I stamped and carefully cut out the deer so that I could use the negative to mask off everything while I "painted" the deer. I punched my sun using the 2" circle punch and placed it over the masked deer. Then,I started with the lightest color on the sponge dauber. I rinsed the sponge dauber after each color instead of using separate daubers for each color. It worked very well and created a much smoother application of the ink. I added some grass from the Nature's Beauty and colored in with Old Olive. After removing all of the masking pieces, I used the negative from the sun and sponged that as well.
