Today Carla challenged us to use umbrellas on our cards which was a good push to use this sweet set (thanks, Anne!). I stamped the umbrella and sentiment and used my wonky stitch die cut for it. I decided I wanted to use a soft colored/patterned paper for my background with this new background stamp that I just recently bought from Impression Obsession. I cut it into thirds for SC205 and arranged them on my card. Then I picked them up with Glad Press N Seal and applied the foam squares to stick them back onto my card. They came out way straighter than I would have gotten them without that step. I inked a piece of paper with Monarch to match the raindrops for a thin frame around the umbrella and popped that up too. Then I applied Wink of Stella to the flowers of the umbrella and used little pearl centers. I also applied Wink of Stella to each raindrop of the background. This is really sparkly fabulous IRL.
