Barbara gave us such wonderful colors this week! Perfect for a spring floral.
I decided to use two of my favorite retiring stamp sets. Band Together for its great sentiments and Bloom & Grow. I love the versatility of this set - I have posted several on my blog. These flowers can go CAS (here) or full on stepped up and embellished!
Now I say I'm going to miss them, but actually I will not. Even though they are retiring I'm not getting rid of my sets! I use them too much. But, I thought it somewhat fitting to say goodbye.
I used the Blends to color the flowers and then chose this new DSP that reminds me a little of a trellis. I tried all four colors for the background and they all looked good but I thought the yellow particularly sunny.
I hope you will find time to join us this week for this fun challenge!

I love the way you used this floral image, Jeanne, beautifully colored and on an angle, and with such pretty new DS paper. Can't wait to see all the goodies in the catalog! Thanks for the sneak peek!
