I used the same basic layout, turned on its side. I lightly inked the SU Canvas background stamp with Old Paper distress oxide ink from Ranger and stamped on some white cardstock, then cut out a rectangle with a die. I die cut squares from black cardstock and some scraps of patterned paper and glued together and arranged on the background piece and attached.
I die cut two different kinds of leaves from turquoise blue cardstock and sponged lightly with embossing ink. I sprinkled on copper EP and heat embossed. I wanted just a touch of the copper, not full coverage of the leaves, and I love how they turned out! I attached the leaves to the squares. I stamped the sentiment and embossed in copper, then attached the background piece to a very light tan card with foam tape.
Thanks for the inspiration to donidoodle! Since her card was for F4A161 (use squares or circles) I added that to my tags as well.
USEIT2022- paper scraps! Also the new-to-me Canvas stamp, and the smaller leaf die and the copper EP saw their first uses.

Lovely card...I really like the look of that canvas bg stamp (good find, I bet you'll use it a lot) and the bits of copper ep on the leaves. Extra points for you for using blue leaves

I used to love the SU natural white paper, no longer available, and that's what your background looks like. Such a gorgeous card, so well done and thought out. Brava!
