Sabrina gave us a fun SOS emboss resist challenge for today's TLC. I had this snowflake stencil just waiting to be taken for a test spin.
I sponged Versamark ink through the stencil and used clear embossing powder to emboss it. I then sponged several colors of distress ink onto the background piece. I die cut the panel and then cut it with the Spellbinders curved border die. I curved my sentiment to go with the curved border and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
Both panels are popped up with craft foam and one snowflake sequin was added before the sentiment.
Thanks for the challenge, Sabrina, and thanks for looking!

Beautiful colours, I do like purple for Christmas and the blend with the other colours is beautiful. Always an effective layout. Trying to visualise the stencil, I think I'll have to look it up. It looks as if it's almost a negative one, more like a mask.
