A big congrats to Pam the newest Featured Stamper! She has a lovely gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the floral theme & layout, but used different images, dies & colors.
On my card, after coloring in the bouquet, I die cut it & fussy cut around the bottom of the image to insert my my greeting oval. I added a mirror gold scallop frame & the large white bg was die cut first w/ a stitched rectangle then again using a diamond pierced cover die. I love the almost quilted look it gives. A very narrow gold layer was added behind it & a few gems were added to finish.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ more pics & Copic colors: The Write Stuff

Gorgeous. Love the fussy cutting with the inserted sentiment. Looks fabulous with the leaves and berries cascading onto that oval. The gold adds such an elegant touch. Wonderful card.
Julie, This is a great case of Pam's card. You have truly outdone yourself with this card. Your flowers are so vibrant and pop perfectly against the white pierced background. The gold frame and thin gold layer behind the white really takes this to a new level. And bravo on getting the gold to show well in the picture. I have a terrible time with that.

Love all your special touches and the flowers, Julie. Great pierced background, the gold frame is perfect, and I love how you inserted the greeting. Lovely! Hugz

Gorgeous Copic coloring!! Great idea to fussy cut the lower portion of your bouquet so you could insert your sentiment die cut! Lovely, lovely card!
